GLADMAN Planning Application submitted for 50 dwellings

On land off Drayton Road (rear of Westbrook End)

We have today (Monday 22 April) been notified by Buckinghamshire Council that htis application was submitted last week. More information will issued about this later. At present it looks like this application has not changed from the proposed application consulted on by Gladman last year and unanimously opposed at the public meeting the parish council organised at the school on 4 January.

Planning Application Ref: 24/01220/AOP The plans and documents are on the Buckinghamshire Council Planning Planning Portal.

For: Outline planning application with all matters reserved except for means of access for the erection of up to 50 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point.
